Photography is my hobby but I try to push the envelope on what a “hobby” is. Landscape photography became my default setting simply because I traveled a lot and tried to document what I saw. But as I learned a bit more about the art of photography, I tried to broaden my horizons and attempt different techniques.
Macro photography has been very fulfilling, giving me the opportunity to look deeper into otherwise mundane, everyday objects. I have explored my interest in texture, color and shapes via abstract photography. And I have made plenty of mistakes but had fun making them as I have tried different films, weird and silly cameras and exotic printing techniques.
I’m currently interested in High Dynamic Range photography (not the garish tonemapped stuff) and panoramic photography. I’m also very keen to do more portraiture and “people” photography, which I’ve hitherto shied away from.
I hope you enjoy this website, and I welcome any feedback you may have. My contact information is on the last (About Me) page. If you want to use any of my images, please get in touch!
Landscape. Macro. Abstract. Experimental.
There are always two people in every picture: the photographer and the viewer.
